The Role:
A leading banking group has instructed us to recruit an experienced PMO Lead to help to set up and run the programme office as part of a major integration. Working with the Programme Office Manager and the business you will create and set up the processes and governance for the office to support the delivery and coordination of workstreams. You will build on the current plans in place, managing risks, issues and dependency management. Day to day duties will also include maintenance of RAID processes, logs and change control and the production of quality status reports/ad hoc presentation packs.

The Candidate:
You are a strong PMO with extensive experience of setting up an office from scratch and delivering PMO and planning support within a Financial Services environment, ideally within Retail Banking. You will be a hard working team player, able to carry out general PMO duties and coaching where required. You will be a strong communicator and be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with a proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major banking integration programme.
